Wisconsin GOP Holds Off Democrats in Recall Elections
Madison – Republicans held onto control of the Wisconsin Senate on Tuesday, defeating four Democratic challengers in a recall election despite an intense political backlash against GOP support for Gov. Scott Walker’s effort to curb public employees’ union rights.
Fueled by millions of dollars from national labor groups, the attempt to remove GOP incumbents served as both a referendum on Walker’s conservative revolution and could provide a new gauge of the public mood less than a year after Republicans made sweeping gains in this state and many others.

Perhaps this is the time to go after those Cowardly Democrats who fled Wisconsin to avoid a vote on Collective Bargaining in clear violation of the Constitution!

I don’t think they are necessarily cowards; I think the fleebaggers, especially the younger one perhaps 19-30 are lemmings who have been subject to the propaganda of Godless government schools and universities, whose faculties are composed of secularist progressives and, at the university level, secular progressive intellectualists. I know this well; I have a B.S,, M.S., and Ph.D. and a former assistant professor at the University of Rhode Island.
At the state-level, professional Democrat politicians in Wisconsin took a real hit. The unions are involved in an insidious, but ingenious, cyclic multi-level scheme to support the democratic party.
1. Collection of mandatory dues from workers believing the union is organized just to protect them. Union propaganda convinces them that Republicans are anti-union and anti-workers.
2. A part of the dues is used to pay salaries of the union leaders, who use their salaries to support the Democrat Party in their activities and donations.
3. Another part of the dues are used to donate to the Democratic Party.
4. The last part of the dues is used to support the union fund the cycle.
I thought the constiuents of those awol deomcrats were trying to recall them? I don’t know what happened with that.
This was indeed a much-needed victory.
Good afternoon/evening Glyn and Freedom. Fleebaggers is a term we use to depict the Democrats from the Wisconsin Senate that left the State to avoid the vote.
All in all this is a very good start towards the election of 2012. Providing Obama allows us to have one??????
